We generate your song and let you hear it completely before any payment is required. You are only charged if you choose to purchase. Once payment is made, the transaction is final subject to our 30-day satisfaction guarantee below.
If you are not satisfied with your song for any reason, contact us within 30 days of purchase at lizongxu96@gmail.com and we will offer a full refund or a free re-composition. We want every song to feel like it truly honours your loved one.
You retain ownership of the memories and stories you share with us. By submitting them, you grant us a limited licence to use that content solely for the purpose of creating your song. We will never publish, share, or use your personal stories for any other purpose.
Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-commercial licence to the memorial song we create for you. You may share it with family and friends, play it at memorial services, and keep it as a personal keepsake. You may not resell or commercially distribute the song.
You agree to use this service only to create genuine memorial songs for people who have passed away. You must not submit false, misleading, or harmful content. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders that violate this policy, with a full refund.
