When you use Remember in Melody, we collect the information you choose to share with us: the name of your loved one, your relationship to them, the memories and descriptions you write, your email address, and your song style preferences. We also collect standard technical data such as your IP address and browser type for security and abuse prevention.
Your memories and personal details are used solely to compose your memorial song. They are sent to our AI composition service to generate lyrics and audio. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your stories or memories to train AI models. We use your email address to deliver your finished song and to send you download links — nothing else, unless you opt in to other communications.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number, CVV, or billing details. Stripe's privacy policy governs how your payment information is handled.
Your song and the information used to create it are retained for as long as needed to provide the service and honour our 30-day guarantee. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email lizongxu96@gmail.com with the subject "Data Request" and include the name and email address used when placing your order.
We use only the cookies required to operate the service (session management and Stripe's fraud prevention). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
If we make material changes to this policy we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
